Admission

Basic undergrad requirements LLB and Assoc Degree Legal Studies: Year 12 (or equivalent); IELTS 6 or equivalent.
Basic postgrad requirements LLB (Graduate) admission: completion of a recognised bachelor's degree in another discipline. IELTS 6 or equivalent
Basic postgrad research requirements For the Master of Laws, completion of an Australian bachelor degree in law (or equivalent qualification) with second class honours, or other qualifications and/or experience regarded as equivalent; for Doctor of Philosophy, completion of an Australian bachelor degree in law (or equivalent qualification) with second class honours division A; or completion of an Australian masters degree in law (or equivalent qualification) including a substantial research component; or other qualifications and/or experience regarded as equivalent
Australian undergrad deadline 0 Sep (for Sem 1 intake); 11 Jun for Sem 2 and Summer intakes)
International undergrad deadline 15 Oct or 15 Nov (depending upon country) for Sem 1 intake; 15 April or 15 May (depending upon country) for Sem 2 or Summer intakes
Australian postgrad research deadline 31 Oct to be considered for APA or UPRS scholarship; otherwise, 6 months prior to intended commencement is recommended
