If you intend to seek admission to practice in Australia, you will need to undertake a practical legal training course or, in some limited cases, articles of clerkship. Practical legal training courses are offered throughout Australia. Usually, you do not undertake a practical legal training course until completion of your law studies, but you should make further enquiries to check the situation in each institution.
