Course name Practical Training Course
Award offered Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (onsite and online)
Admission to practice Satisfactory completion of the Course, is a prerequisite for Admission to Practise as a Legal Practitioner in Victoria.
Course duration 24 weeks - full time
Attendance Onsite course: full-time: 9.00 am – 5.00 pm (5 days per week)
Online course: 16 intensive days. Minimum of 25 hours per week online study.
Commencement dates 2 intakes per year: late January, early July
Admission requirements LLB from an approved Australian law teaching institution or prior permission from the (Victorian) Council of Legal Education in respect of an overseas qualification.

Approved for Youth Allowance/Austudy Payment through Centrelink
