Courses offered Full-time mode: The course runs twice a year in full-time mode. The course is broken into these components for full-time students:
- 6 week 'skills school'
- 14 week on-campus 'office program'
- 4 week placement in a real law office

Part-time (in-practice) mode: We offer three entry points for part-time students each year (January, March and June). Our part-time courses run over QUT 6TP teaching periods. Our part-time (in-practice) option is available for people who are employed in approved private or government law offices. Students in the in-practice mode receive credit for the learning and experience that they receive in their real life workplaces. The in-practice course is delivered on-line except for an 8 day attendance school.

Part-time (general) mode: This part-time option is for people who do not qualify for the part-time (in-practice) mode. The general course has three entry points a year and is delivered on-line except for an 8 day attendance school and a 4 week work placement.

Scholarships Up to two fee waivers available per year for full-time domestic students on equity and financial hardship bases. Domestic students can apply for FEE-HELP.

Part-time (in-practice) students only pay for 72 credit points as you receive credit for LPP117 Interaction and LPP118 Placement.
